KPI

All academics hold PhD scheme have been given KPI by the faculty
and should achieve 100 marks with details as follows:
a. Journal: International max 50, National max 30, University max 20.
b. Proceeding International max 30, National max 10, University max 5.

message from dean: A hundred marks is for the WHOLE PhD study PERIOD. If you put as your
personnel target every year, it's pretty great.
